Anita E. Mignault-St. George
Anita E. (Daigle) Mignault-St. George, 87, of Andover, died Saturday, Jan. 27, at Academy Manor Nursing Home in Andover. Mrs. Mignault-St. George was born in Lawrence, the daughter of Rose and Alphonse Daigle. She worked as a winder at Western Electric until her retirement. She lived in Andover for seven years, having previously lived in Salem, N.H., for almost 40 years. She was a woman of great faith who enjoyed reading her Bible, her family said. She also enjoyed knitting, dancing, cooking and spending time with her family. Family members include her son, Richard and his wife Donna Mignault of Windham, N.H.; daughter, Lorraine Fournier of York, Maine; brothers, Harvey Daigle of Natick, and William Daigle of Nashua, N.H.; sisters, Pauline Sarto of Lawrence, and Marion Whittaker of Fayetteville, Ark.; four grandchildren; a great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husbands Gerard Mignault and John St. George. A funeral service was held yesterday, Wednesday, Jan. 31 at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, N.H. Burial was to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Andover. Memorial contributions may be made to All God's Children International, 3308 NH Peerless Place, Portland, OR 97232-2554.
