Beatrice E. Cavan

Beatrice E. Cavan, 98, of Andover, died Jan. 26 at Mary Immaculate Nursing Center in Lawrence.

Born in Boston on May 24, 1908, she was the daughter of John and Minnie (Moynihan) Cavan and graduated from St. James High School in 1925.

She was a graduate of Hale Hospital School of Nursing and Simmons College and was head of physical therapy at Lawrence General Hospital.

Family members include two nieces, Donna Murray of Richmond, Va., and Kathleen Erland of Chicago, Ill.; one nephew; and close friend, Sister Mary V. Clancey of Haverhill.

Arrangements were by Paul C. Rogers & Sons Family Funeral Home, 334 Main St., Haverhill.
