Andover High 2000-01 winter sports previews continue today with a look at the varsity girls track and boys track teams.
Roundup: Andover High varsity basketball on the boards
Jenny Muller, Lisa Tisbert and Shannon Sweeney all scored in double figures, combining for 39 points, as the defending Merrimack Valley Conference champion Andover High girls varsity basketball team opened the season with a 58-35 victory over visiting Dracut Tuesday night at the Dunn Gym.

Yurko is MVP in football honors
Andover High two-way lineman and All-Conference selection Andy Yurko was presented with the Richard Collins Most Valuable Player Award to highlight the 2000 Andover High Varsity Football Awards Banquet held this past Sunday at the Rolling Green Ramada Inn.
