Paper Magic unfolds at St. Augustine
For students at St. Augustine School, it all fits together this week. Students in every grade will have a chance to make unique collages as part of an arts program, and have their work reproduced and displayed.
State: School ratings based on MCAS just the beginning
Evaluating school systems based on improvements in their MCAS scores may be a good start to developing a system of accountability, but it shouldn't be the only way, says Andover Assistant Superintendent of Schools Marinel McGrath.McGrath worked with the state in developing the system, which she says is a work in progress.
